MOBOLAJI ADEBAYO, LLB, M.Sc. Managerial Psychology
She has a Bachelor of Law degree and a Masters degree in Managerial Psychology from the University of Ibadan. She is also a member of the Nigerian Bar and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management. She has extensive experience in HR Administration, client relationship management coupled with her strength in relating with people.
She function as the Head of the Outsourcing department
TUNDE ALAO - B.Sc, P.G.D.E, M.I.L.R-Distinction, A.C.I.P.M
Tunde was the pioneer Training and Development Manager AQUAGEM Consulting. Thereafter, he joined C.I.T.C Consulting where he rose to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Presently, he is the Group Head, Training & Manpower Development Michael Stevens Consulting.
ADAYE-ORUGBANI, OWUNARI – B.Sc, PGD, MSc
ADAYE-ORUGBANI, OWUNARI is a senior consultant in our HR/OD Unit with over 5 years experience in HR/OD consulting. He is an expert in personnel selection and Organization Development and has worked with organizations in the public and private sector as well as international organizations including UNDP, USAID and ECOWAS.
He is also a certified trainer of JCI University and the Centre for Management Development (CMD).
TOYIN FEMI-SAHEED, B.Sc.
TOYIN FEMI-SAHEED Holds a first degree in Business Administration and Management from Ogun State University, Ago-Iwoye, a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management; and currently running her Masters in Human Resources Management and Development from the University of Manchester, UK.
Toyin has had extensive experience in administration, executive search and selection processes. Her core job competence revolves around identifying the key factors for competitive success and important industry opportunities that would positively affect the profit patterns, particularly concerned areas of our business – HR consultancy under appropriate strategic choice.
SAMUEL EHEBHA, B.Sc.
Graduated from University of Agriculture, Abeokuta with a Bachelor of Agriculture degree in 1998. He has spent the last eight years managing operations, personnel and businesses for small and medium sized organizations. In 2005, he added human resources management to his repertoire by completing a professional advanced professional diploma in HRM from University of Lagos. (He has professional interest in) he is also a University of South Africa (UNISA trained in the management of employment process.
He is an associate member, Nigeria Institute of Management, Institute of Strategic Management of Nigeria etc.
