FRANCIS OLUWOLE KUDAYAH, B.Sc., MBA

Since inception in July 1991 as Managing Partner, Michael Stevens Consulting, and Chairman of MS Outsourcing Services – a fully owned subsidiary. He was Head of Human Capital, and Head of Research and Planning at First City Monument Bank Limited and a Senior Consultant and Head of Executive Search/Organisational Development at Ernst & Young International (A Multi-disciplinary International Consultancy Practice) based in Lagos. Prior to this, he was for five years, Head of Human Capital of a major quoted manufacturing company.

Francis was an important part of the team that negotiated the first collective agreement for the senior and junior staff of Ashland Oil Company (Now Addax Petroleum, as an Ernst & Young, Senior Consultant on the project.

BOLA AROYEWUN, B.Sc. M.Sc. (Economics)

MBF Bola is a holder of B.Sc. (Agricultural Economics), M.Sc. (Banking & Finance), M.Sc. (Economics), He is a Bank Examiner and currently a Doctoral student in Economics. Bola is a Financial & Economic Analyst, Strategist, Planner and Researcher with extensive experience in financial service sector having worked in various capacities in Banking, Consulting, Research Institute and a Regulatory & Supervision Commission before joining the group.

Bola is responsible for the firm’s Financial Advisory, Strategy and Management Consultancy. (Business Turnaround, Enterprise Restructuring, Benchmarking & Performance Management etc.)

Bola is a consultant to World Bank and FADAMA (World Bank / ADB Project) and registered Financial Adviser with Securities Exchange Commission.

Bola attended various local and overseas courses, Seminars, Symposia & Conferences.

THEO ADEGOR, B.Sc. MBA, ACIPM, GNIPR

Mr Theo Adegor is the Group Head, HR & Training. He comes with a wealth of managerial experience (over 15 years) from manufacturing, Haulage, Oil & Gas and Consulting Sectors. A core HR specialist with a bias for learning & development, Theo is a member of the Professional Development & Consultancy Services Committee of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.

Theo has worked in various capacities in Nigerian Breweries, Germaine Haulage, Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC), Vic Lawrence & Associates, Tombet & Associates before he joined Michael Stevens Consulting as Group Head, HR/Training.

ABEOLA KUDAYA, B.A. English, M.Sc. Industrial & Labour Relations

Adeola is a graduate of the University of Ife (B.A English Studies) and the University of Lagos (Master in Industrial & Labour Relations).

She worked with the Lagos State Ministry of Education before she moved to Cornerstone Insurance Plc. With over 17 years of experience in Human Resource Management, she joined Michael Stevens Consulting in February 2010 as a Senior Consultant. An Alumni of the Lagos Business School, she has received wide training locally and abroad.

MRS. GLORIA AKOKO, B.Sc MBA

Gloria Akoko holds a first degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA). She has had extensive experience in general administration, executive search & industrial relations, in the financial services industry and in management consulting.

Her area of core competence is the recruitment and selection of staff at middle to senior management levels, Human Capital Management, and the design and management of training programmes. She is currently the Director responsible for our Outsourcing company, with about 250 staff under her management.
