Objective.
You no longer have to rely on instruction to evaluate the best candidates for the job and to enhance their performance. Through role-playing exercises with other participants, you will have the opportunity to develop skills for conducting effective behaviour – focused interviews for retaining key staff.
Target Audience:
Line Managers, HR or Personnel Officers and managers, officers responsible for the recruitment, selection and staff management processes.
